Cogguillo Family Dentistry is committed to dental health. Our staff is available to provide information and assistance in making payment arrangements for dental care for you and your family.

In order to facilitate your starting and continuing to receive treatment, you may choose from any of the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Money Order, Personal check, or financing that can be coordinated through our office. Online payment will be available in the near future.

You may also receive a payment courtesy of 5% for any fee over $300.00.

Insurance
Our staff is available to assist you in the completion of insurance estimate and claim forms. As a courtesy, we can file the claim and will ask that you pay only the estimated co-payment and deductible.
